At Bond Street Dental, every smile makeover has its due diligence. We help to ensure your oral health comes first before exploring your cosmetic needs.

Smile Dentistry

Creating a new smile can take more than just a tooth straightening or whitening treatment.
Our purpose-built state-of-the-art dental surgery is the perfect place for us to undertake our digital smile designs and carry out our smile makeovers, using a combination of methods, including:

  • Restoring brightness to discoloured teeth with in-house and home whitening techniques, veneers, all-ceramic crowns and bonding
  • Improving chipped teeth with porcelain veneers, all-ceramic crowns, bonding or simple aesthetic re-contouring
  • Closing gaps, with veneers, crowns, bonding or orthodontic treatment
  • Replacing old amalgam fillings with tooth-coloured fillings
  • Replacing discoloured crowns with all-ceramic crowns
  • Correcting crooked or crowded teeth with veneers, crowns, bonding and orthodontics
  • Providing dental implants or a fixed bridge to replace single or multiple missing, diseased or damaged teeth
  • Offering our unique All-on-4® dental implants to replace or stabilise a full set of dentures
  • Gum lift procedures for excessive or uneven gums
  • Procedures to correct teeth with excessive wear

However, while we’re experts in transformational smile makeovers, our first priority is always oral health.

That’s why, for each personalised digital smile design we undertake, we take into consideration, not just the finished look of your teeth, but your comfort, function and long term dental health.

A smile design is a work of art and usually requires a combination of methods. A patient’s eyes, lip line colouring, gum tissue contouring and face, are all considered when a new smile is designed individually. Our goal is to redesign your smile so that it fits you, is beautiful, strong and natural looking.

A great smile may be closer than you think.

Here are some of the most common mouth issues and how Bond Street’s clinicians deal with them.

DISCOLOURED TEETH

Stained or dull teeth can be dramatically improved by in-office teeth whitening, laser bleaching, home whitening, porcelain veneers, all-ceramic crowns or bonding. We’re vastly experienced and can offer predictable and longer-lasting results.

CHIPPED TEETH

Misshapen, chipped, or worn teeth can be improved by porcelain veneers, all-ceramic crowns, bonding, or simple aesthetic re-contouring.

SPACE CLOSURE

Gaps can be closed up with porcelain veneers, all-ceramic crowns, bonding, or orthodontics.

OLD FILLINGS

Old or amalgam fillings can be replaced with tooth-coloured fillings (resins and porcelain) for a natural appearance.

OLD CROWNS

Displeasing crowns with grey margins or crowns that have become discoloured can be replaced with all-ceramic crowns.

CROOKED OR CROWDED TEETH

Cooked and crowded teeth may be improved with porcelain veneers, all-ceramic crowns, bonding, and orthodontics.

SINGLE MISSING OR DAMAGED TEETH

When you have a single missing tooth, or a tooth that is irreparably compromised, one of the best permanent replacement solutions is a dental implant, in conjunction with a porcelain crown. Alternatively, a fixed bridge may also be considered. Damaged teeth can be a result of injury or poor sugary diets.

MULTIPLE MISSING OR DAMAGED TEETH

If you are missing multiple teeth or wearing dentures, dental implants together with fixed bridges offer a permanent solution for replacing missing or badly diseased teeth.

FULL SET OF TEETH MISSING

If you wear dentures or you’re about to lose most or all of your teeth and would like to avoid wearing a plate, dental implants together with the All-on-4 ® rehabilitation concept offers a brilliant alternative to dentures.

GUMMY SMILE

A ‘gummy smile’, or excessive or uneven gums, can often be helped with a gum lift procedure. It can also be combined with porcelain crowns or porcelain veneers for a total smile makeover.

EXCESSIVE WEAR

Excessive tooth wear and teeth grinding are often linked to jaw joint problems and headaches. It may be helped with occlusion splints or, in severe cases, treatment may require full oral rehabilitation.

LOOSE DENTURES

Loose dentures can be stabilised with dental implants. There are a number of alternatives to suit different needs and budget.

Our very own All-on-4® rehabilitation concept is a cost effective, advanced technique whereby a whole arch of teeth is supported by only 4 implants. This landmark treatment is common in our clinic today for full arch rehabilitation for people who have lost their teeth, or are about to lose them, and is suitable for almost all lower and upper cases.

BLEEDING GUMS

Bleeding gums are a sign of gum disease (gingivitis), which is not to be ignored. It can progress into a more severe form, periodontitis.

The hygienists at our Bond Street Clinic can provide appropriate treatment for bleeding gums, patient education and personalised dental maintenance and preventive oral hygiene programs.

The Bond Street Dental Clinic offers many treatments to enhance the smile of patients; this includes treatments for problems that were described earlier such as chipped teeth and space closures. Patients can also find treatments for missing teeth at our clinic, which includes normal dental implants, but also revolutionary new treatments such as the All-On-4 dental implants. To learn more about this treatment, patients can refer to our information pages.

In addition to the information available on our website, patients can also acquire the information they need during one of our free information evenings. The free information evenings are organised by Bond Street Dental Clinic, and provide patients with information dedicated to All-On-4. During the seminar, patients can learn vital information such as the cost of the procedure, how it is executed, and the medical criteria patients need to meet to benefit from this procedure. After the presentation, patients can also ask questions, which could prove useful if they have been ineligible for the procedure in the past. If you would like to learn more about this procedure and attend one of our free information evenings, please reserve your seats on our dedicated free information evening page.
