Dental Implants

Our innovative concepts, state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and our team of highly qualified dental professionals guarantee high level of expertise in the area of implant dentistry.

Dr Larry Benge is a sought after implant dentist, international speaker and teacher in the fields of implant and aesthetic dentistry.

A dental implant is a medical grade titanium post placed into the jawbone as a substitute for a missing tooth root and allowed to integrate naturally with the bone.

Teeth can be lost due to many reasons, but there is no reason why you should live without your teeth, as dental implants can provide a completely safe way of replacing a number of missing teeth.

Dental implants have developed into a structured, well defined and researched procedure and are today considered standard of care for many oral conditions. From replacing a single tooth, to full mouth rehabilitation with fixed replacement teeth implants, this has become a routine procedure at Bond Street Dental Studio.

Implant-supported replacement teeth look, feel and function like natural teeth.

Am I the right candidate for dental implants?

Generally implants are suitable for people:

  • Of all ages, provided that jaw growth is complete
  • Who are in good general health as well as having a healthy mouth. That is, there is no active gum infection present in your mouth. Pre-implant course of hygiene treatments may be required to prepare the mouth for implantation
  • That has adequate jaw bone to allow placement and for good retention of the dental implant. If the bone volume is insufficient to support an implant, there are various ways of restoring the bone to prepare it for successful implantation

A thorough assessment will be conducted on a case by case basis to determine your suitability for dental implants.
